All Client information is encryption-protected and, at the conclusion of business, all appropriate files are securely erased. Furthermore, Client business is not disclosed to any outside parties.

The Company is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) to ensure strict data privacy and full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
As the ICO-registered Company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), the CEO personally oversees all aspects of information management and compliance.
The CEO has an established data protection background. He has studied and managed information security extensively and has operated at the highest levels of government security clearance on a variety of sensitive programmes across the globe.
He also has considerable operational Cyber Defence experience, including serving for three years as the Deputy Team Leader and Policy & Plans Lead for the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) Joint Security Co-ordination Centre - the hub for UK Defence information security incident management.

While in role, he completed an MA in Business and Computer Studies (with Distinction), specialising in Information Security Governance.
